そして大人ニキビとしては、他にも赤いいにびや黒いニキビなどもあります。もともとは同じニキビでしたが、症状の重症具合によって色が変化していくようです。
これらの大人ニキビができる原因としてはストレスが原因であったり、不規則な日常生活が原因とも言われていますし、また栄養が偏った食事を食べていることで大人ニキビができるとも言われてるみたいです。
